Pricing questions

Are there any setup fees?
There is a one-time $99 setup fee that covers number provisioning, compliance registration, and onboarding. After that, you pay only your monthly plan rate.
What happens if I go over my message limit?
Starter and Growth plans pause outbound broadcasts when the monthly limit is reached. Pro plans continue sending at $0.015 per message overage. You'll receive an alert before you hit the limit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There's no fee to change plans.
Is the annual plan billed upfront?
Yes. Annual plans are billed once per year as a single charge. You save the equivalent of 2 months compared to paying monthly.
What is included in 'compliance registration'?
We handle your 10DLC brand and campaign registration with US carriers on your behalf. This is required for all businesses sending marketing texts in the US. It typically takes 1–3 business days to activate.
