By accessing or using SendMeService ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
SendMeService provides SMS communication tools including marketing broadcasts, two-factor authentication codes, customer notifications, two-way messaging, and global eSIM data services. We act as an intermediary between businesses and their customers for communication purposes.
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. The one-time setup fee of $99 covers your number registration and carrier compliance filing. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Overages are billed at the end of each billing cycle.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, carrier outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SendMeService and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you send through our platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendMeService shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
